Week 21 picture ( a bit late!)
Lots going on around here. Frederick's nursery is almost finished (sans most of the furniture). We did get the crib from my mother in law. She bought it and had it sent to us. It's beautiful. I'll post pics once the room is complete.
I had some dizzy spells which were scary but the nurse had me eat protein every 3 hours and that made it go away. It's hot here right now, so I haven't been eating a ton, which is what I'm guessing caused the dizzies.
Yesterday he hardly moved so I freaked out....he's been very active today so I have to learn to BREATHE.

What they don't tell you Wednesdays
Shaving- Have you seen cirque du soleil? My belly isn't even that big but for some reason it is VERY difficult to maneuver around my belly to shave my legs.
Shoes- I haven't worn shoes that need to be tied in months because it's summer. Flip flops and slip ons have been my staple. We went bowling with some friends this weekend and so I decided to wear tennis shoes. I COULD NOT TIE MY OWN SHOES. Thank you sweet husband for taking such good care of me...and tying my shoes =)
Oy.

my kind of gal
I stumbled upon this while researching pregnancy photography.
Here is the link: http://www.yaeko-photography.com/blog/very-cute-clown-outfit-pregnant-mommy-picture/
I just like out of the ordinary. As a photographer i'm always happy when someone chooses to do something out the box.
What they don't tell you Wednesdays
The freak out...
The baby hasn't moved in a while, is he/she still alive?
What's that pain? My belly hurts, is the baby hurt?
Every little twinge of pain or lack of feelings causes me to go into crazy momma mode.
The best of it is NO ONE can tell you if it's ok. Doctors, Midwives..etc..basically say if you aren't doubled over in pain or bleeding than don't worry about it. Easy for them to say =)

All IS well here....I over did it yesterday so i'm taking it easy today.

project 1 complete!
Our kitchen, dining and living rooms are basically one big rectangled space. Our kitchen is teeny tiny and we had our kitchen table shoved next to the front door and it collected everything except us sitting down to eat at it. We had a wood stove with a stone background which I loved BUT after an inspection we found out everything had to be replaced in order for it to be safe. It's very expensive so we decided we could really use that extra space. My husband pretty much did all the work (thank you!). So here it is.
Next project the nursery!
